Updated March 12, 2020: The Global DH Symposium will be an all virtual event in 2020.
The 2020 Global Digital Humanities Symposium will primarily be held in the Green Room on the 4th floor, West side of the MSU Main Library. Space will be provided for a quiet room and nursing room. Specifics will be available at the registration table and in the registration packets.

Accessible Building Entrance
Universal entry to the Main Library is provided at the South (back) entrance, with power-assisted doors. Power-assisted doors are also available at the North entrance.

Elevators in both the East and West wings provide access to all floors of the Main Library. All elevators have Braille and tactile numbering and lettering both outside and inside each elevator.
The all-gender restroom is available on the second floor (West). After exiting the main elevator on 2-West, turn left, then left again, and it’s on the immediate right.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the first floor (West), across from the Sparty’s Cafe, and on the fourth floor (West) near the Music Library (after exiting the main elevator on 4-W, turn right and then right again).
Drinking Fountains (all are Accessible)
- 1-West across from the Sparty’s Cafe. Includes bottle filling station.
- 2-West across from Digital Scholarship Lab. Includes bottle filling station.
- 4-West near the Green Room [the primary location of Symposium presentations]. Includes bottle filling station.
A quiet/low stimulation room will be available in The College of Arts and Letters Project Room (W201I) in the Digital Scholarship Lab on the second floor, located two floors directly below the main location of Symposium presentations.
Nursing Mothers’ Room
There is a Nursing Mothers’ room available in the Library. To access the room, you must obtain a key from the Patron Services desk on the first floor of the library. Reservations are not required, but the room may be reserved in advance. For more information, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
